If you want to climb a mountain or run a marathon, you’d train for the event. If you don’t, your body would not be able to handle the physical stress you put on it.
Life is like that. If you’re not mentally fit, you feel the mental stress, of anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness, as the challenges of work, relationships and other life issues arise.
80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.
The great news? With recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology, you can now improve your mental fitness significantly within 6 weeks of practice.
The results? Dramatically improved performance and productivity and a calm, clear and happier mind.

"What is new and life changing is the ‘mind control,’ the ability to ‘let go’ when any negative feelings take over. This program has given me the ability to be in the driver seat of my life.”
When we are mentally fit, we have a greater ability to shift from a state of overthinking to a solution-focused approach to challenges. We also often have a higher level of motivation and are able to set a vision and clear goals for our life.
Mental Fitness helps to develop focus, concentration, time management skills, and resourcefulness. It helps us to become more present, less affected by distractions and better able to retain information.
With improved mental fitness, we are better able to handle our emotions and shift from “reactive mode” to effectively responding to conflict. When we are mentally fit, we are more confident and have a higher level of self-esteem, which has a positive impact on our relationships.
When we become aware of our own thought patterns we are better able to identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts. Focusing on mental fitness can cultivate self-compassion and in turn, a more positive, optimistic outlook on life.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what our program design empowers you to do.
4 days a week, a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized companion app, which is available exclusively to program participants.
These bite sized exercises, develop one small muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits in your mind. The cumulative impact is substantial in just a few weeks.
I will serve as your coach during the entire program. I will personally lead your group (pod), facilitate each of pod meeting and be available to you to answer questions.
In addition, you will have 2 private 30-minute coaching sessions with me. At the beginning of the program, we will clarify your goals, and at the end of the program, we’ll put a plan in place to continue to develop your mental fitness.
Once a week, we will have a 45-minute online accountability group meeting with your pod. You will also have access to a larger global online community of program participants to answer questions, provide coaching, and cheer you on. Research proves you’re 500% more likely to succeed in this program when you partner with people who can offer accountability and support.
You will be committing to watching a 1-hour video once a week, doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day (4 days/week) of app guided practice using the Positive Intelligence® app, and a 45-minute pod meeting once a week. That’s 2 3/4 hours a week, less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your self-sabotage habits are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity.
You must be 18 years of age or older. You need to have access to the internet, Zoom, and a smartphone or device capable of running iOS 12.0 or Android 6.0 onwards. Finally, you must be 100% willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.
