Program Details
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what our program design empowers you to do.
Exclusive APP Guided Daily Practice
4 days a week, a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized companion app, which is available exclusively to program participants.
These bite sized exercises, develop one small muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits in your mind. The cumulative impact is substantial in just a few weeks.
Coaching
I will serve as your coach during the entire program. I will personally lead your group (pod), facilitate each of pod meeting and be available to you to answer questions.
In addition, you will have 2 private 30-minute coaching sessions with me. At the beginning of the program, we will clarify your goals, and at the end of the program, we’ll put a plan in place to continue to develop your mental fitness.
Community
Once a week, we will have a 45-minute online accountability group meeting with your pod. You will also have access to a larger global online community of program participants to answer questions, provide coaching, and cheer you on.
